Our firm offers a number of focused services to our nonprofit clients. We focus on helping you become more effective and efficient at raising funds throughout the year.  Below we have listed the services, or "Deliverables" that Graceful Fundraising offers. 
In order to take your fundraising to a new level you may also need to raise the bar on your organization's visibility in the community; take on a new, bold look that communicates your brand or begin aggressively accessing grant dollars from in-state or out of state funders. That's why we partner with other specialized "indies" in the disciplines of public relations, graphic design, grant writing, and capital campaign work.

-Provide mini-audit of current/past fundraising program and tactics

-Assist with the hiring of Development staff & resource utilization management

-Create fundraising vision, goals and objectives

-Provide prospecting and writing of corporate and foundation grants

-Incorporate vision and goals into a 12 month Annual Fund Plan that supports the Strategic/Business plan

-Assist with key messages to donors and create donor-centric communication program including these options--Annual Fund theme; Direct mail appeals (paper and electronic); Donor fact sheet; Program fact sheet; Annual report; Giving envelope; Effective web-oriented language for website; Effective language and descriptions to utilize in grant writing program; Email newsletter/paper newsletter & electronic communication in general; Customized communication to targeted donor audiences (volunteers, etc)

-Provide useful opportunities to better engage Board of Directors in fundraising

--Board Service Option Form, including board giving and participation and ways to effectively track     individual commitments   

--Active involvement in Fundraising Committee to the board

--Communication for use by board to help them fundraise

-Provide donor segmentation and review/analysis of existing and past donors (individual and organizational) and recommendations for future cultivation, solicitation and stewardship

-Create Corporate Partner program for year-round support

-Create Premier Donor Club for ongoing support from individuals

-Analyze and recommend ways to boost the bottom line in fundraising events-create sponsor packages & other related work to attract more dollars and committed supporters

I.  Annual Fund

 As a Board Member of Nonprofit X, I am committed to the mission of the organization.  I understand how critical donor cultivation is to the success of the organization.  Therefore, I will work to garner funding that will support the agency’s annual development goal of more than $XX in operating funds annually for the Fiscal Years 20XX-20XX.  Toward that goal: c   I will/have become a member of the Nonprofit. c   I will host/have hosted a presentation in my home for prospects from my personal friends and professional acquaintances. c   I will write thank you notes or make phone calls to community members and businesses (as assigned by staff for significant donations) c   I will cultivate five or more new donor prospects from my personal friends and professional acquaintances to join either the XX Club or the Nonprofit’s Corporate Partner program. c   I will personally join/have joined the XX Group with a donation of $1,000 or more (the preferred level for Nonprofit board members). c   I will volunteer to be on the new XX Group Committee to help recruit and retain members. c   I will solicit at least one donor to join the XX’s at the Director’s Circle Level or higher. c   I will solicit/have solicited my organization to become a Corporate Partner of the Nonprofit (Levels:  $1,500; $5,000; $10,000; or $20,000) c   I will provide the Nonprofit with leads for prospective Corporate Partners c   I will solicit/have solicited my organization or other organizations for an in-kind donation   

II.  Special Events/Programs

Name of Event (date of event) c   I will attend with a minimum of ___________ guests (All board members will be expected to be present at this annual fundraising event)            c   I will contribute at least one auction item. c   I will sell/purchase at least 20 raffle tickets (ticket price is normally $XX; all board members will be expected to complete this commitment)  c   I will purchase a sponsorship at $X,XXX or above.  Sponsors pay for the full sponsorship and invite friends, family, and business associates to be their guests. c   I will purchase seats/a table in XX VIP Reception. (One full table at $X,XXX or individual tickets at $XXX)   
 I will make an annual donation of $XXX or more to the following programs: c   Program X c   Education: I will contribute to the Programs area of the Nonprofit to further development of the offering of experiential learning experiences both on campus and offsite. c   Other (please contact Development with your idea) 

III.  Longer-Term Opportunities

Capital Campaign & Other Focused Efforts

  c   I intend to make/have made a personal financial commitment to the Capital Campaign. c   I will assist the Capital Campaign steering committee by making personal calls/visits, as appropriate and needed. c   I will volunteer my time to be on the Capital Campaign steering committee ___________________________________________________________________ 

Planned Giving

 c   I will become/have become a member of the XX Society by naming the Nonprofit in my will or by providing another planned gift. c   I will identify prospects for the XX Society and help cultivate them. c   I will provide leads to grow the new Gift Annuity program (min. age is 65).
